Requirements for becoming a teacher at Smko Academy:

1. Excellent English knowledge:

   The teacher must possess at least an upper-intermediate level of proficiency in all four language skills: speaking, listening, writing, and reading.

2. Energetic and Motivated:

   Professional teachers must appear highly energetic and motivated to create a warm and lively environment for the students. This is especially important for teachers of children's classes, as they need to transform the class from a boring atmosphere into an engaging and entertaining one with effective learning.

3. Required Equipment:

• Laptop:

  Since Smko Academy's operations are entirely online, teachers must have a good laptop with a working battery to facilitate the classes.

• Headset:

  During the lessons, the teacher's voice must be clearly audible to the students, so a microphone is required. It is important to note that headphones designed for listening to music are different from headsets designed for speaking.

• Internet:

  To conduct regular and high-quality classes, teachers must have access to a high-speed internet connection with a speed of at least 20 MBs.

• Camera:

  At Smko Academy, classes are conducted with the cameras on for both teachers and students. Therefore, teachers must have a high-quality laptop camera, and if their laptop's camera is of poor quality, they should acquire an external webcam.

• Lighting:

  As the teacher will be using a camera during the lessons, they must have appropriate lighting in their room to ensure that students can see the teacher clearly.

• Suitable Environment:

  The teacher must be in a calm and well-equipped environment to conduct the classes. Class should not be held in a noisy or crowded place.
